This policy explains how the Pocket Meadow app for iPhone and iPad ("the app") handles your information. The app is made by Muhammad Waqar Ul Hassan ("we", "us").

1. Information we collect

None. The app has no accounts or sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party data-collection tools. We never receive any information about you or how you use the app.

2. Things you write or create in the app

• Saved on your device only: flowers in Gratitude Garden (with the text you write and any photo you add to a flower), constellations you name, and your settings (appearance, sound, pace and similar preferences).
• Not saved at all: notes, drawings and photos in places like Worry Leaves, Burn the Note, Words in the Sand, Paper Boats, Pond Stones, Thought Clouds, Message in a Bottle, Foggy Window and Lantern Sky disappear when the animation ends or when you leave the place. Your Calm Sounds mix is not saved either.
• This information is never sent to us or to anyone else. It may be included in your own iPhone or iCloud backup, depending on your Apple settings.
• Deleting the app deletes everything saved in it. You can also remove single Gratitude Garden flowers inside the app.

3. Microphone

The breathing places "Blow Away the Clouds", "Pinwheel" and "Wind Turbine" can use your microphone to notice when you blow or breathe out, so the clouds, the pinwheel or the turbine move. The app only measures the sound live, while you are in one of these places — how loud it is and whether it sounds like a breath — and then forgets it. Sound is never recorded, saved or sent anywhere. Microphone access is optional; you can say no and use the round "hold to blow" button instead, and you can change this at any time in iPhone Settings → Pocket Meadow.

4. Camera and photos

In Worry Leaves, Burn the Note, Words in the Sand, Paper Boats, Pond Stones, Thought Clouds, Message in a Bottle, Foggy Window and Gratitude Garden you can add a photo. You can take a new photo with the camera or choose one from your photo library.

• Most places: the photo is only kept in your phone’s memory while it is shown in the scene. It is never saved, uploaded or shared, and it is gone when the animation ends or you leave the place.
• Gratitude Garden: a photo you add to a flower is saved only on your phone, inside the app, so you can see it again next time. It is never uploaded or shared. Removing the flower, using “Clear” in the garden, or deleting the app deletes the photo.
• Photo library: the app uses Apple’s photo picker. The app can only see the one photo you choose — not the rest of your library — and no permission is needed.
• Camera: the app asks for permission the first time you take a photo. Camera access is optional; you can say no and still use everything else. You can change it any time in iPhone Settings → Pocket Meadow.

5. Sounds

Nature sounds are created on your device or come from files inside the app. Playing them does not send or collect any data.

6. Purchases

Pocket Meadow Plus is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, email, Apple ID or payment details. The app only receives a confirmation from Apple that the purchase is valid, so it can unlock the extra places. Apple's handling of your data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

7. Ratings

The app may occasionally show Apple's standard rating window. This is provided by Apple; we do not receive any information from it other than the public rating and review you choose to leave on the App Store.

8. Children

The app is suitable for all ages and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

9. Your rights

Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. All app data is under your control on your device. If you have any question about your privacy, contact us and we will be happy to help.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the app's update notes.

This website (getpocketmeadow.com) has no cookies, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. Its fonts, pictures and videos are served from this site itself. Like any web host, our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security. If you email us, we only use your message to reply to you.
